The Fredericksburg Guidebook visitors voted Spice Rack Chocolates as the Best Chocolate in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Cheryl Sandberg, owner of anoccasionalchocolate.com, gave Spice Rack Chocolates its highest award: Most Unique Chocolate Product of 2006.  I also love Choco-Pop! Congratulations, Mary!
