This club is gorwing by leaps and bounds, Allan.
I originally wrote this in 2007. While I held true to my writer’s creed, the blog-hopping madness actually intensified well into late 2010.

Now, I just visit at random, trying my best to catch most of the posts from a few people, Like former Pizza Dude

I really agree with you, blogging should be about whatever you want to write because that is all about someone consider their blog as their daily journal. Anyway, I’m sure I’ll have fun on this blog.

I have no idea if this is an effective marketing tool, but I do know there are not nearly so many people dropping a nearly-irrelevant line or two so I’m obligated to come comment on their blog. Cool blog! I’m digging this topic. Well I have built many websites and one day decided to learn how to build blogs using WordPress. Then I thought maybe I should actually attempt to build, manage, and put my thoughts out to the world just to see what would happen. Do I love a challenge, yes? I don’t like writing, but I love to tell stories. Do I have spelling and grammar problems, yes? Can I overcome my weakness to produce an award winning blog, maybe? I love the challenge and I’m inspired by blogs that are unique and positive. Do your best and people will respect your creative style.

As an opportunist, I keep feeling the tug of the marketer’s crack pipe…but I’ve resisted. I do have some projects in the pipeline (there’s that word again) for which the blog will be instrumental in publicizing.

Plus, I do use the Amazon affiliate links on a separate page. All for the family, you know
