Stalker Tag: the Game

July 11th, 2007 | by Mitchell Allen |

After sitting on the sidelines at the Bloggo Playground, I was finally picked to play Tag. Sharon Hurley Hall, the consummate free-lance writer, took time out to romp through the lillies, or something like that!

For those not aware of all the fun we have online, getting tagged means I have to post something about myself, then tag five other blogger friends.

There’s always a bunch of these games going concurrently, and the best way to see how to play is to read the post of the person who tagged you. This gives you the “theme”.

Five Things Only A Stalker Would Know About Me

  1. My left ear is worse – if you don’t know that, you’re not stalking close enough!
  2. I put my right shoe on first. If I don’t, I don’t feel right (LOL).
  3. I complete many sentences incoherently. For example, “Put the mustard back in the jiggum-boom-boom”. Sometimes, simple words like “refrigerator” take too long to surface, and I don’t want to stammer.
  4. I adore British accents. I copy it after a long marathon of “Footballers Wives”. Bloody hell! (I particularly enjoyed Sliding Doors, with Gwyneth Paltrow declaring: “You wanker. You sad, sad wanker.”
  5. I pretend that ice water is as tasty as cold milk. That way, I can enjoy my cookies like I did as a child. (I’m lactose intolerant. As a child, I just thought I got tummy aches all the time!!!)

Now, I will tag Stone, Crystal and Todd! You’re it! Wheee….!

Tee hee. I liked Sliding Doors too, though I can’t see the appeal of Footballer’s Wives (my husband does, though).
