Here is the last client website that I created and still maintain.
Static Design: Live Site
The Fredericksburg Guidebook website was the first (and only!) make-over I did. I kept the graphic elements but changed the entire layout, adding drop caps and highlighted headers. I had some fun with the navigation graphics, too.
The website had a complex advertising section, with which I gamely struggled for a year. Finally, I told the client that the updates would be more manageable with a CMS. I used WordPress. (see the Online Directory, below.)
CMS Design: Live Site
This WordPress blog was transformed into an easy to manage online directory.
To make it easier still, I prepared a three-page User Guide.

Mitchell Cohen won an all-expenses paid website in an auction benefiting my high school alma-mater, J. R. Masterman.
Mac Church of Sterling Mortgage was my ideal client. Not only did he write his own content, he knew exactly how to send the updates to me. He had an active testimonial solicitation program, which accounted for 80% of the updates. These came from a handy contact form that Mac sent his clients to. A quick cut and paste later, the testimonials were posted.
Mac left Sterling Mortgage to pursue other career opportunities.
